FIRE Family moving to Estonia

Hi, We are a family of 4 (mom, dad, and two boys (ages 4 &6). My husband was born in Estonia but has Russian citizenship. We would like to move from Seattle to Estonia. We would like to put our boys in the public Russian school and possibly take advantage of public health care. We will only have passive income of over 5K (US) per month. I would like to learn how we can get our boys into Russian public schools. I would love to talk with other USA expats who currently live there.
