Hi. I'm Italian and my wife is a USA citizen. We live in Italy and are soon going to move abroad: we are currently considering Estonia.
We wonder how life in Estonia is for someone who doesn't (yet) speak Estonian, but does speak English. In addition to in-person interaction, how easy (or hard) is it to use English when dealing with government offices, utility providers and the like?
