Info on Working Virtually

I am considering relocating to Fiji and have been unable to find information regarding working virtually. I currently work as a virtual assistant, and this basically affords me to be able to work from anywhere in the world, providing I have internet access. This means that no matter where I move to, I would not have to worry about finding employment. Does anyone have information regarding the quality of internet connection, and what the rules in Fiji would be for working virtually?
