Planning on relocating

Hello friends, I've got a few questions that I'm hoping someone with lots of experience of how things work on the island may be able to help me with. I'm a Nigerian planning on moving to Fiji for a year or two in the coming months with the intention of working there upon arrival but I'm not too sure what kind jobs is obtainable there and how much is likely the salary for a month. I'm aware I can travel and stay on the Island for a period of 120days but I'll be really glad if anyone can enlighten me more on the work permit process,
