Moving to France questions

Thought I had posted this but can't find it on the board. If it gets double posted I will say sorry now. Ronnie.

We are considering moving from the US to the Grenoble area in France. Can anyone help out with local area tax rate info, housing prices to rent and housing prices to buy in the 2 or 3 bedroom market.
