Good Service in France

Ok everyone. We've had a lot of complaints about the bad service in France. So what I'd like to do is develop a list of places that provide good services. So please write in with your suggestions. It could be for anything from clothing stores, garages, restaurants to babysitting services, pharmacies, and pet services.

It would be best if we could get the address and phone numbers to these places, but if you don't know them, just list the city or town they are in with the name and maybe a comment on why you think it's good. I think the members here could find this very helpful.
