Jalapenos in Lyon

I am REALLY wanting to make some salsa (we moved here in mid-April) and can NOT find Jalapenos anywhere. The only hot peppers I can find are cayenne, and those are just too hot! I was fortunate to find some dried black beans and dried pintos (for refried beans) at an Arab store (Bhadourian) in Lyon. Anyone have any ideas of where I might go?
