Recommendations of financial planners

Hi,

I'm an American living in France and would like to put some order into my personal finances. I'm searching for a financial planner who is located in France and knows expat issues, is familiar with US investment products, and has a good understanding of the issues an American living in France could have when planning retirement, investment strategies, etc. Ideally, I'd find a self-employed financial planner as I'm not keen on dealing with large investment companies when seeking advice.

Based on personal experiences, would anyone be able to give me recommendations? I would most appreciate any help.
