Will shortly re re-locating to Paris for a 6-8 month per year "retirement"
Wife is Dual US/French and I US?Irish. Neither ever worked in either Country and WILL NOT be working in France.
QUESTION: Will we be eligible for French Health Care by virtue of the Citizenship?
QUESTION: Will a Carte de Sejour be required?
QUESTION: Will a US Drivers License (NJ) be accepted considering we will not be full time residents?
Have lived part time in France over 30 years and was NEVER asked for anything by anyone.
