Hi,

Does anyone know of a decent (and not TOO expensive) Architect as we are planning a renovation project which is over 170sqm therefore we need one instead of just a builder.
Also any good builders to do some of the works?
We will be on the Cher/Auvergne border south of St-Armand-Montrond.
We are trying to get in touch with these people so we can put plans together and submit to the local Mairie for permission prior to the completion of purchase as we will not be purchasing if we cannot get the required certificates.
