Info on Haute-Vienne, Creuse or Correze

I have a husband, and 5 kids, we have looked at the midi-pyrenees and decided it's not for us, so we would appreciate any info that you experts out there can give us about the Haute-Vienne, Cruese and correze, basically we would like to live around a few expats(but not another britain), ideally the weather good and hot in the summer, don't mind cold winters but not too long, schools for my 10yr old, 9yr, 6yr,and soon to be 4 yr, i don't think the baby comes into the equation at the moment, hopefully he'll just grow into a strapping frenchman!!, Bilingual would be good, i dont know how the kids would get on with a total french school, half the time they have enough trouble with thier own language, I would basically like to know all the pro's and cons of each dept, BIG thanks to all who help me, Jo
