we are considering investing in the lease back house letting system in france. has anyone else done it & how do they rate it?
do they pay annually/monthly or what?
does the private house side of it compare with say the housing association system in the uk?
do the french government/ local government take over the house repairs & maintainance or is the tennant or me responsible?
do the government pay the rent? or is it upto the tennant? do the government pay even if the house is empty?
i have experience of letting in uk both to private working & private housing benifit tennants, & briefly to an association who paid less per week but guaranteed payment even if no tennant. as we hope to try this as a means of providing a base line income for residence any info would be soooooo welcome thanks.
