Chameleon Fitness is currently forming Pilates classes in Paris for the fall. If you are unfamiliar with the Pilates Method of body conditioning it is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. It improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion.
