Good financial advisors?

I am looking for a good financial advisor with knowledge of both the US and French systems (retirement, tax, etc.) who would be able to advise me on retirement and general investment issues. I'm a 'youngish' American expat wishing to work on my financial planning, but need help from someone with a global perspective. Whenever I use financial planning resources in the US, they don't take into account the needs of an expat. Could anyone recommend a good personal financial advisor?
