Good ob/gyn in Paris?

We've just discovered we're pregnant and need to find an ob/gyn in Paris, preferably one who speaks English. We've already tried the American Hospital, which was disappointing. Although my French is pretty fluent, I'm considered to be in the high risk pregnancy category, so finding someone who speaks English is important to us. Has anyone had a good experience giving birth here that they'd like to share? Advice? Anything is appreciated.
