Bringing HDTV to France

Hello everyone! My wife just got a post-doc in Lyon and we're looking for some information.

What I'm trying to find out now is if there is any difference in the DIGITAL signal in France. I've got a very nice LCD flatscreen HDTV that I would rather bring along with us. I know the whole story with NTSC/PAL/SECAM, but those are analog channels. So I'm curious if anyone knows if there is a problem with using a North American digital TV in France (no worries about the power or anything like that, it's 110-230v, 50-60Hz).
