Dogs Paris >> Los Angeles

Hello, I am seeking advice on travelling with my dogs from Paris to Los Angeles.

I will be needing to take my two dogs sometime in the next few months. They are 10kgs each, and are known to have breathing problems (French Bulldogs) so I am unwilling to put them in cargo. I will try to find someone to travel with me; however, if anyone has any info on which airlines will allow me to take 10kg dogs on board, I'd be very appreciative. They are heavier more than they are actually BIG, and they fit in pet carriers. I am willing to pay a fee/fine for having them with me on board, I just need to understand which company is most likely to accept (not Air France for sure!).
