An American (Student) who doesn't want to go back.

Hello, everyone-

I'm going to be studying in Paris a la Sorbonne IV (their French Lang. and Lit. Program for Foreigners) next year, and I was hoping to stay there permanently. Any advice for transferring universities, obtaining the carte de sejour, or anything of that nature would be highly appreciated. I would like to continue my studies in France, but because my engagement was broken off last year, my GPA may or may not be an issue. It should be about a 2.8-3.0 by the end of this academic year.

Meeting any contacts in the Parisien area would be fantastic, as well.

Mon francais est excellent, aussi. C'est pas de probleme.
