US expatriate concentration...

Hello!
We will be moving to Paris during the summer of 2010 and I am looking for an area in Paris that would be expat friendly and/or have expats living there. The 16th appears to be a good area since it will be accessible to both the American and International schools of Paris.
I am excited about moving to Paris - a dream come true! - and am eager to set up a good network so my wife, son and I can adjust a little easier.
