chalet vs b&b vs auberge

Hello,
Can anyone tell me (or point me to a website) that outlines what the difference is between a catered chalet, an auberge and a B&B? I understand that a chambre d'hotes is 5 rooms or less, but if the business is going to be bigger (say 8 rooms), what then is the classification? Breakfast and likely dinner would be served. Thanks!
