Planning refused

14 years ago
My husband and I purchased a piece of land in Lot et Garonne. A condition of purchase was that we obtained a CU to build a house up to 250sqm. This was granted and received by our Notaire. However, when we submitted plans from our architect, the water authority have refused our application.
Any advice, please?
