Searching for a rental property

Hi! We are taking the leap and moving to France with our family and thought we would rent whilst looking for the ideal house for us. We both speak fluent french and are looking to get work near Toulouse. Can anyone recommend either an agency or a web site where we can find a property to rent (probably for at least a year). Or does anyone have a property they want to rent?!! Thank you!
