Visa, Business and income Info HELP NEEDED?

Hi!
I am Najib Rahman from Dhaka ,Bangladesh. I know Basic French (ex - to read a simple newspaper article) and also know Fluent English and little bit of Arabic.
My plan is to move France and get at least 2 or 3 years of visa. Within this time my target is to start my own business with my own money from my income + money from my home.
Specially I was thinking about getting admission in Alliance Francaise, Paris and complete DELF which almost takes 3 yrs to finish. Within that time, I hope it would be easy for me to find business.

Finally, it would be very much helpful for me, if I get Information about following things :
1. Is it possible to complete entire DELF course IN PARIS?
2. How much is per hour salary when, I know basic French, Arabic and fluent English?
3. How is the situation of citizenship if business is established and income is consistently fine?
