Please can someone help on taxes

I'm thinking of moving to France from Britain with my boyfriend and buying a rural property that we will run through solar and wind power, and have our own well with a septic tank. As we would be living off what we grow and because we would be living in a very small community we would be bartering for food with skills and produce, so no income, could someone advice us on an estimate cost it would cost us annually in taxes to live rurally in Morvan, Burgandy please.
