International Bilingual Schools in Hearualt

Hey fellow forum members,
I am in the process of learning all I can about the different towns outside of Montpellier, with the two main concerns in mind, that are centered around my 14 year old son, who is an avid/extreme skate boarder. He is also not with one ounce of knowledge of French, therefore, I am interested in finding a
town that offers ample cultural opportunities, as well as a Bilingual sSchool and hopefully a very nice skate park. I am considering Pezenas, and Saint Gaudens, possibly Limoges.Any advice and/or knowledge shared on this subject would be appreciated.
