top up health insurance

Hi. We are trying to find out what to expect to pay a mutual insurance company for top up insurance. We have heard so many varied accounts from 300 euros a week each! to 50 euros a month for 2 people. I know it's depends on age etc. we are 60 and 55 years. can anyone give me a clue what they are paying? any help will be much appreciated.
