Working in UK Living in France

Hi I live in France but have recently started worked as an agency carer in England. I would like to register and pay my taxes and 'cotisations' in France but don't know how to register. I have tried 'auto entrepreneur' but I'm not elligible as I am working in England. I have thought about RSI but understand that this can be very expensive and I don't earn very much. Be grateful for any help.
