Forward US Phone Calls & Texts

We're moving to Montpellier in June and have a bit of a problem. We've got a business with a US phone number that I don't want to lose. Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping a US phone number and having it forward to a EU cell phone? I'm more concerned about text messages than I am actual voice calls, in reality. This is a number that my clients use to reach me.
