House Sale Information

Hello again,

Is there a resource where we can find houses that have sold in a certain area within the last 6-12 months? In the US, that is all available online, helping buyers, (and sellers), get an understanding of what houses are actually selling for. I realize the way that real estate works in France is much more fragmented, without what we call an MLS system, where all real estate is listed in one spot, regardless of the agency.
