URSSAF experience

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience with the process of registering with the URSSAF? There is a U. S. based company that is interested in hiring me as a France based employee. It was suggested that the best approach would be for this company to register with the URSSAF prior to hiring me, but I'm curious as to what all is involved with that process.
