Hi just to introduce myself

We planned to move this October 2021 to Creuse, Limousin from UK.
Unfortunately we have been unable to travel to view and will be tight for time to do essential repairs before moving.
Currently against everything we ever expected, we are having virtual tour, extra photos of the property we are considering, and we have taken Google Maps Street tour and satellite views.
I am trying to contact Notaire Laurant Chaix in Guéret to act on our behalf, so far no response emails sent via website.
If anyone can recommend trusted builder, again I have tried to contact JM Renovation by email but no response,
I will need reliable, fair price builders estimates since we can't travel to do work ahead of moving.
If anyone can recommend a good builder, I will be very grateful.
I'm sure there will much I can learn reading through previous threads.
