Daily life in Biarritz, France.

I’d like to know from other expats what their experience is of living in or near Biarritz. I like being social and wondered how easy people found it to integrate. I’ve experienced various levels of acceptance of expats in different countries and areas I’ve lived. Obviously this requires effort on ones own part which is a given. I have been to the area many times but visiting and living is not the same so some insights would be much appreciated. Thanks.
