Prescriptions

Met with a doctor for the first time and received refills for three prescriptions. Each was for 90 days. They refilled two for the full 90 days and the third for only 30 days. The pharmacist did not understand my very poor French and did not speak English. I am trying to find out if they will honor the remaining two months on the one prescription? Or do I need to refer back to the doctor?
