Medical Care in Bergerac

We are looking at purchasing a home in the Dordogne, but recently were made aware of "medical deserts". So, we are rethinking location.

I have sleep apnea, heart issues, precancerous stomach condition, and am menopausal on hormone replacement therapy.
My husband has pretty severe asthma and allergies.

How good are the medical services in Bergerac? Are there specialists and how difficult are they to access?

Thanks in advance for any input you can give.

If the Dordogne may be not the greatest fit for us, we are looking at something closer to Paris.
