Marginalization and discrimination at workplace leading to dismissal

Hello,

I am an expat working on a local French contract since Mar 2021. Since I have joined, I have been experiencing exclusion on one pretest or the other. I am also getting marginalized because I am not local. When I tried to resist, I was initially threatened to be fired and now served a summons. The extent of exclusion starts with intentional use of French language, while I do not understand the language in common forums/ meetings and goes all the way upto favoring someone local over me. I had severe periods of anxiety and stress due to such behavior and this has also caused to moral harassment.

Not understanding the French labor law properly, I am also not clear what my rights are and what I can do about the above. I have tried to report this to our global head for culture.

Could someone please help guiding me with the next steps?

Thank you so very much.
Cheng
