ASAP--Americans in Heidelberg

I am a freelance journalist in Heidelberg. I am working on a story about the recent thwarted bombing plot by a couple living in Walldorf. I need to get some reaction from American locals, either/both military or non-military. I need the responses before 6 p.m. German time, Sept. 10:

-Were you surprised to learn of the arrests?
-Have the arrests (and the prospect of anti-American activity in the Heidelberg area) caused you to rethink your plans for Sept. 11? (i.e., will you avoid certain areas?)
