Expats and Repats Adjustment

Hello!

I am a European Researcher conducting a doctoral thesis at Minho University (www.uminho.pt) in Portugal, on the subject of corporate culture and expatriates' adjustment. For that purpose I am contacting you to ask for your participation in the following web survey: http://www.zoomerang.com/survey.zgi?p=WEB225EN4N38Q5.
The questionnaire wont take you longer than 15-20 minutes. Participation will by anonymous and answers will be treated confidentially. No personal data will be used for other than statistic purposes.
We would also be grateful if you forward this survey to contacts of your associates you believe would be in a situation to participate: international employees doing an international assignment and returned expatriates within the last 18 months. The home and destination countries are not relevant since we are searching for a multicultural sample
Your support to this project will be a valuable contribution. The final results aim to aid Human Resources Professionals in the design of policies and practices directed to enhance expatriates and repatriates' international adjustment. In case you want to receive the final results, please send us an e-mail to: [email protected].

Thank you very much for your support!
Best regards,
European Researcher
