Flat to rent in Frankfurt (Sachsenhausen Nord)

Hello all

One of my colleagues is being seconded abroad for two years so is hoping to rent out his flat for at least a year. For more details and photos, the link on immoscout is:

For those of you that can't speak German, the specs are:

- Bright, 105 square metre flat in an Altbau style house in Sachsenhausen Nord, a few steps away from the river. It's on the ground (mezzanine) floor, but isn't easily accessible or visible from the street. It has a large living room and eat-in kitchen, parquet flooring and high ceilings, as well as a large balcony at the rear of the house.
- The flat comes with a high quality fitted kitchen and island unit (including a Siemens oven and dishwasher and a new washing machine), a large designer fridge, a large wardrobe and bathroom cupboard.
- Other furniture can be left in the flat on request (and for an agreed charge), including a bed, table and chairs, shelves, a sofa, crockery and cutlery, blinds, garden chairs and a barbecue.
- There is a straßenbahn stop very near the flat and it is easy to park nearby

Available from: 1 March 2010
Min rental period: 12 months, max 24 months
