Dental treatment failure

Hello, I had several dental fillings at a local dentist in Germany. He did not fill my caries properly and I went to emergency for further treatment. I had to pay by myself as my insurance does not cover it. I switched to another dentist and he told me to re-do some of those fillings again!!! Otherwise I will have problems in the future.

Does anyone know where I can get some legal advice in this case?
