Visiting Antigua--some questions...

Greetings,
I will be in Antigua for a few days early August to check it out as a possible retirement spot. Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent? Suggestions for nice neighborhood just outside the city in the hills/mountains? And lastly, a nice but inexpensive place to stay for a few days? Would also be very happy to meet folks who can tell me about living there. I'm not a newbie to expat life, I currently live in Ecuador.
