supplemental health insurance

hello, we recently moved to guatemala for my husband's new job with a local company, and we're not so happy with the health insurance coverage offered by this company. it's ok, but not like anything we were used to in the states (for example, i'm pregnant and the insurance covers absolutely 0 of the costs associated with pregnancy/birth). does anyone know of a good supplemental insurance in the US? TIA!
