Hi there, my husband is an avid windsurfer and was hoping to be able to go to Amatitlan to do it often, as it's so close to the city, but we've been hearing since we arrived that it's highly toxic - how much truth is there to these rumors? is there a more official source that can alert people as to when (if ever) it's safe to go in? thanks in advance!
