Have some Questions for anyone who can help....

I went on olx.com and we found a couple great places but the realtors are not very professional and most the time don't know facts about the terms of rent and what it includes or some cases don't have keys to view the house.Then I was reading on this Guatemala news website that child kidnapping is happening more often that a baby was just kidnapped in Zone 12 in broad daylight.I'm worried about moving there regarding are safety especially now that I'm moving there with a toddler.I just need advice where to go?I was so confused and now worried and cant sleep....Anyone that has advice for our family would be very thankful.
