What can I do with Q100,000?

Can I buy any housing near GC? Preferably within half an hour on the chicken busses? I want to go to school and work in GC.
I don't want to rent. I was looking at las victorias or planes de barcenas in Villa nueva and it's nice but too expensive. Is 100,000 too low? Should I save more? I am American, half Guatemalan half Salvadoran and don't have an accent and 18 so I blend in just fine. Willing to live anywhere as long as it fits my budget, doesn't get me killed, and is within 30 minutes of . Any tips would be helpful, thank you
