Shipping from Guate to US

A friend of mine, living in Antigua, is moving back to the US, to the Atlanta area. This is a quick move for them, as they decided last week to do so. They are wondering what company they can use to ship some stuff (most they are leaving behind) back with them, without paying exorbitant prices. The company I used to get stuff here, Zuleta Transporte (which I highly recommend) only imports, it doesn't export. They are looking for a flat-rate type shipping - one price for the box, fill it with whatever you have - instead of per pound or per kilo shipping. Any suggestions? They are flying out in three days...
