Hi to all the expats in Guatemala.
I will be moving to Guatemala in July and would like to know if anyone knows which banks in Guatemala, if any, have registered with the U.S. government for FACTA. I will be having funds deposited into an account in the U.S. and then I will transfer them to Guatemala but I do not want the bank in the U.S. holding 30% of the transfer. If anyone knows the names of the banks that have already complied with this U.S. law that goes into effect July 1, 2014 I would appreciate then listing them.
