Osteopathy in Guate Ciudad

Hello everyone,
My name is Claire, I'm french and I live in Germany where I work as osteopath. I will move to Guatemala (zona 12) in the end of august with my boyfriend who comes from there.
I was looking for informations but it seems that there is no osteopath there yet. I would like to join a practise, do you know maybe some medical/physiotherapy groups, or a clinical wich I could contact ? Or do you have any advise regarding my approach ?
