Question about selling land

Hi,
New to this forum and looking for information. My aunt has lived in Guatemala for a long time and had bought some property a while ago on Lake Atitlan in hopes of building a house there. Things have taken a different turn and I'm trying to help her sell it now as she's not very tech-savvy. But I'm also having a lot of trouble finding the right place to list the property.

Has anyone come across any sites listing land for private sales? I'd rather not go through a realtor to save money. Is there somewhere on this forum where that's done? Can't seem to find the right place.
