Moving with daughter who has Muscular Dystrophy

Hi everyone. We are looking to relocate to Honduras. Does anyone have any input on which areas have accessible hospital/surgical care and how you go about insurance? I would also like to ask about how the roads and terrain will be with a motor scooter and how a person with disability might get along. Thank you for any and all information!
