Retiring in 2015

I was born in Honduras but have lived away in several countries since childhood. My husband is retiring in 2015 and we want to spend at least two+ years volunteering in Honduras, preferably Comayaguela but not with the Peace Corps or any organization. We want to volunteer at a school, me teach ESL (have certification) and my husband Michael teach Microsoft stuff (have certification and works now as IT person for Los Angeles Sheriff Dept. Would want to volunteer at a school perhaps twice a week, a couple hours a day or whatever. Will visit in 2014 for about 12 days to get a feel. And I want to take Spanish as I am not as fluent as I'd like to be
